Refund policy

Vintage Buckskin Boutique only offers store credit for returns.

Please note: All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 7 day period.

Returns must be received in PERFECT NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached.

If any of the following is present, the return is subject for denial and will be sent back to you at your own cost: 
- Detached tags
- Animal/human hair
- Deodorant marks
- Lingering odor, such as smoke or cologne
- Any visible wear or damage

Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@vintagebuckskinboutique.com with the subject line "Return Request". If your return is accepted, we’ll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All items must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.

We do not refund shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We suggest tracking your return; Vintage Buckskin Boutique is not responsible for lost returns.

You will be notified via email, at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed, with an online Gift Card code for store credit once we have processed your return.

FINAL SALE items, BODYSUITS AND GIFT CARDS are not eligible for return.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please email us at hello@vintagebuckskinboutique.com with the subject line "Exchange Inquiry" with the details of your requested exchange.

We understand that ordering from an online boutique may be hard to find the correct sizing, and we are happy to exchange your order for you within 14 days of your purchase. 

Exchanges must be received in PERFECT NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached.

The customer is in charge of shipping costs back to Vintage Buckskin Boutique for the exchange.
